1. Who we are
ADometr is a driver–brand sponsorship marketplace operated by Collaborative Concepts LLC in Lantana, Florida. In this policy, “we” and “ADometr” mean that company. Questions go to dannybivins83@gmail.com or (561) 475-8615.
2. What we collect

3. Location data — the part that matters most
What we actually do
- Only while a campaign is active. If you are not carrying a sponsor’s wrap, we are not collecting your location.
- We record distance and general route area — enough to confirm miles and that driving happened in the zones a sponsor paid for.
- Sponsors see aggregate results — total miles, zones covered, impression estimates. Sponsors do not get your address, your live position, or a map of your day.
- You can turn it off. Turning off location ends mileage verification, which ends payment for unverified miles — but it is your choice and you can make it at any time.
4. How we use it
- Match drivers to sponsor campaigns and schedule wrap installs
- Verify miles and calculate what you are owed
- Pay drivers and bill sponsors
- Report campaign performance to sponsors in aggregate
- Send service messages about your campaign, payment, or account
- Prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations
5. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Wrap installers — your name, phone, and vehicle, so they can schedule and fit the wrap
- Payment processors — what is needed to pay you
- Service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under contract, only to run the service
- Sponsors — aggregate campaign results only, never your identity or location history, unless you ask us to introduce you
- Authorities — when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety
6. How long we keep it
Account and campaign records are kept while your account is active and for four years after your last campaign, which covers tax and contract requirements. Raw location points are kept for 12 months, after which only the mileage totals remain. You can ask us to delete sooner — see below.
7. Your choices
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct — fix anything wrong
- Delete — ask us to erase your data, subject to records we must legally keep
- Opt out of texts/emails — reply STOP, or unsubscribe. Service messages about an active campaign or a payment may still reach you.
- Turn off location — at any time, in your device settings or by telling us
Email dannybivins83@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Florida residents, and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to people who need it. No system is perfect — if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Minors
ADometr is for licensed drivers 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
10. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand which pages people use. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop working.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will tell you directly before any change that materially affects how we handle your location data.
