Terms of Service

The short version. We match drivers with brands that pay per verified mile. You drive your normal routes with a sponsor’s wrap on your car; we verify the miles and pay you. You stay an independent contractor, you keep your own insurance, and either side can end a campaign.

1. What ADometr is

ADometr is a marketplace operated by Collaborative Concepts LLC (Lantana, Florida) that connects drivers with brands wanting vehicle-wrap advertising. We arrange the wrap, verify miles driven, and handle payment. Using this site or applying to drive means you accept these terms.

2. Who can drive

You are 18 or older with a valid driver’s license
You own or lease the vehicle, or have written permission to wrap it
You carry your own valid auto insurance and keep it active
Your vehicle is in sound cosmetic condition — wraps need clean, undamaged panels
Your information is truthful, including miles and routes

3. How payment works

Paid per verified mile

Each campaign states a per-mile rate and a monthly cap before you accept
Only verified miles are paid. Verification uses location data while the campaign is active — see the Privacy Policy
Payments issue monthly for the prior month’s verified miles
If verification is off or unavailable, those miles are not paid
You are paid as an independent contractor. We do not withhold taxes; you may receive a 1099 where required

4. The wrap

Install is free to you and done by an installer we arrange
The wrap and the artwork remain the property of the sponsor or ADometr — you are carrying it, not buying it
Do not modify, cover, cut, or remove the wrap yourself
Keep the wrap reasonably clean and visible — that is what the sponsor is paying for
At campaign end we arrange removal at no cost to you, provided the vehicle is available within 30 days
Deliberate damage to a wrap, or removing it without authorization, may end the campaign and forfeit unpaid amounts

5. Independent contractor — not employment

Nothing here creates employment, partnership, or agency. You control when, where, and whether you drive. We do not set your hours or your routes. You are responsible for your own vehicle costs, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and taxes.

6. Insurance and your own risk

Read this part carefully

You drive at your own risk. ADometr does not insure you, your vehicle, your passengers, or anyone else. You must maintain your own valid auto insurance at all times while a campaign is active.

Tell your insurer. Some policies treat a wrapped vehicle as commercial use. Confirm your coverage before you accept a campaign — that is your responsibility, not ours.

You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws. Tickets, accidents, and violations are yours.

7. Sponsors

Campaign pricing, zones, and duration are set in your campaign agreement
You warrant that artwork you supply is yours to use and is lawful
Reporting is aggregate — miles, zones, impression estimates. You do not receive driver identities or location histories
You may not use ADometr to advertise anything unlawful, or content that is obscene, hateful, or deceptive
We may decline or pull artwork that creates legal or reputational risk

8. Ending a campaign

Drivers may exit with 30 days’ notice; we arrange wrap removal
Sponsors may end per their campaign agreement
We may suspend or end participation for false information, fraud, wrap tampering, or breach of these terms
Verified miles already driven are paid regardless of who ends it

9. What we do not promise

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that campaigns will be available in your area, that any particular earnings will result, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Earnings examples on this site are illustrations, not promises — actual pay depends on the campaign rate and your verified miles.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, ADometr and Collaborative Concepts LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid or payable to you under the campaign giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by Florida law. Before any formal action, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it — most problems are a phone call. If that fails, disputes are brought in the state or federal courts of Palm Beach County, Florida, and both sides consent to that venue.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and we will notify active drivers and sponsors directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
