Preserving the lines that make the building.
Mid-century modern buildings are defined by horizontal sight lines, cantilevered slabs, and floor-to-ceiling glass. Rebuild them wrong and the whole thing reads as generic. Our licensed GC partner restored Springbrook's slab edges, railings, and waterproofing without compromising the original proportions — the kind of detail work investors see every time we pitch a coastal redevelopment with "fit in and add to the community" in the mission statement.
