Drift Hotel
Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL · Boutique hotel · Occupied restoration
Exterior concrete restoration of balconies and structural elements — including elevation changes — on a boutique hotel that stayed open to guests throughout the work. Executed by La Gala Construction (FL CGC 059211), Collaborative Concepts' go-to GC partner. Representative of the field experience and occupied-building sequencing behind every CC development deal.
Restoration without closing the doors.
Coastal hotels live and die by occupancy. The Drift's balconies and structural elements needed substantial concrete repair plus elevation adjustments, but the building couldn't go dark. The La Gala crew sequenced work floor-by-floor, maintained guest access throughout, and finished without a single complaint making it past the front desk. That occupied-building sequencing discipline is what Collaborative Concepts leans on when a development project needs to keep part of a site live during construction.
