Born and raised in Florida. Grew up on construction sites. Danny runs deal sourcing, underwriting, investor relations, and project oversight at Collaborative Concepts. He's passionate about delivering on time, on budget, and with an end product that both the investor and the end buyer are proud of. He stays on every job from acquisition through exit and is the direct line for every investor partner.
