Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you send us through this website — written plainly, and limited to what we actually do.

Image slot — awaiting approved photography

The Short Version

We ask for very little, and we keep it to ourselves.

  • This is a marketing website for a small development and consulting firm. You can read every page on it without telling us anything about yourself.
  • We collect contact details only when you choose to type them into the contact form or call us.
  • We use what you send to reply to you and to work out whether we are the right fit for what you need.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
  • A small number of ordinary service providers help us host this site and deliver messages. They handle your information on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
  • If you want what you sent us deleted, call (561) 475-8615 and ask. We will confirm the request with you on the call.

This policy is a working draft. It is published here as part of a website redesign preview and is pending review before it becomes the firm's operative privacy policy.

Details that are not yet verified are marked to be confirmed rather than guessed at. Until the review is complete, the most reliable way to get a precise answer about your information is to call us at (561) 475-8615.

Section One

What we collect

Information you give us

The contact form on this site asks for the information we need to return your message and understand what you are asking about. Depending on how the form is configured at the time you use it, that may include:

  • Your name.
  • A phone number and an email address, so we can reply by whichever route suits you.
  • Your company or organization, if you enter one.
  • The kind of inquiry you are making, such as a property opportunity or an operating problem.
  • Whatever you write in the message field.

Only fields marked as required have to be filled in. Everything else is optional, and you are free to leave it blank. Please do not send financial account numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through a website form — ours or anyone else's.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one may record ordinary technical information when a page loads: the type of browser and device you are using, the general region your connection appears to come from, which pages you viewed, and the page or search that sent you here. This is used to understand whether the site works and which pages are worth improving. It is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.

What we do not collect here

This website does not process payments, does not create user accounts, and does not ask you to upload documents. Where an engagement later requires financial, contractual, or property records, that information is exchanged outside this website under a separate agreement, and this policy is not the document that governs it.

Section Two

How we use it, and who else sees it

How we use what you send

  • To read your message and respond to it.
  • To ask follow-up questions and decide, honestly, whether we are the right firm for what you are describing.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you, the same way any firm keeps its business correspondence.
  • To improve how this site is organized and written, based on what people actually ask about.

We do not use your message to make automated decisions about you, and we do not analyze it for advertising purposes.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your contact details or your message to anyone. We do not supply them to data brokers, lead-generation services, or advertising networks. If you contacted us about one thing, we do not repurpose that contact into unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of ordinary business services to operate this site — generally speaking, a website host, a service that delivers form submissions to us as email, an email provider, and a website analytics tool. Those providers handle information only to perform the service we hired them for.

We are not naming specific vendors in this draft, because the final stack for the redesigned site is to be confirmed. Once the review described above is complete, this section will name them. If you need to know which providers are in use before then, call and ask.

Legal requests

We may disclose information if we are required to by law, by a court, or by a government authority with the power to compel it, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of people or property. We do not otherwise hand your information to third parties.

Section Three

Cookies, analytics, and how long things are kept

Cookies and similar technologies

This site may use a small number of cookies or equivalent browser storage. In general terms, these fall into two groups: the ones needed for the site to function and to submit a form without errors, and the ones used to count visits so we can see which pages are being read.

We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on this website. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, and this site is built to remain readable if you do. The specific cookies set by the final hosting and analytics configuration are to be confirmed and will be listed here after the review.

Analytics

Any analytics we use is for aggregate site measurement — how many people read a page, on what kind of device, and where they went next. We do not attempt to connect analytics activity to a named individual, and we do not combine it with what you write in the contact form.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is genuinely useful for the conversation you started, and then we let it go. Precise retention periods are part of the pending review and are listed as to be confirmed below.

Categories of information and how long they are retained
Contact form submissions Kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward, as ordinary business correspondence. Exact period to be confirmed.
Email and phone correspondence Kept in our normal business records. Exact period to be confirmed.
Website analytics Kept in aggregate by the analytics provider under that provider's standard settings. Provider and period to be confirmed.
Anything you ask us to delete Removed from our active records once we have confirmed the request with you by phone.

Security

We take reasonable, ordinary care with what you send us: limited access, current software, and reputable providers. No website or email system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. That is the practical reason for the request above — do not send sensitive personal or financial information through a web form.

Section Four

Your choices, deletion requests, and changes

Asking us to delete your information

You can ask us to delete the information you sent through this website at any time, and you do not need a reason. The way to do it is by phone:

  • Call (561) 475-8615.
  • Tell us roughly when you contacted us and what name or number you used, so we can find the right record.
  • We will confirm on the call what we found and what we are removing.

We ask for deletion requests by phone rather than by form so that we are confirming the request with an actual person, and so that we are not creating a second record of your details in order to delete the first one. The same call works if you want to see what we hold, correct something that is wrong, or simply stop hearing from us.

Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it, or where they relate to an active agreement. If that applies to anything you ask us to remove, we will say so on the call rather than quietly keeping it.

Other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state or national privacy law may give you additional rights over your information. Whether and how those laws apply to a firm of this size, and what formal process would attach to them, is to be confirmed as part of the review of this draft. In the meantime we will honor the practical requests described above regardless of where you are.

Children

This website is aimed at property owners, investors, and business operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

When this draft is reviewed and adopted, this page will be updated and will carry an effective date. If we later change how we handle information in a way that matters to you, we will change this page to say so. Because there is no mailing list attached to this site, the page itself is the notice.

Questions

Call (561) 475-8615 and ask for whoever handles the website. We are in Lantana, Florida. A postal address and a dedicated privacy email address for written requests are to be confirmed; until then, the phone number above is the reliable route.

The terms that govern use of this website are set out separately in our Terms of Use. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, an investment recommendation, or legal, engineering, brokerage, or construction advice.
