Collaborative Concept is a Florida LLC based in Lantana, which is Palm Beach County. The coast we source first is the one the office sits on.

The south end of the same corridor, reached from the same office and the same relationships.
Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. Further out, kept in view, and read the same way as anything closer in.
Where the sourced pipeline already sits — the Pinellas barrier islands, and the flagship Madeira Beach Double-Lot. It is where our named work is. It is no longer where we look first.
This is where we source and focus. It is not a record of where we have built. Nothing on this site is a completed or active Collaborative Concept development project in Palm Beach County, in Broward County or on the Treasure Coast, and nothing here should be read as one. The completed South Florida work shown under Projects is our GC partner La Gala Construction’s, and is credited to them.
A non-conforming double-lot assembled for residential development, in a coastal market where buildable supply is constrained. Figures are withheld while diligence is open and released to reviewers on request.
Two elevated coastal homes (new construction). Planned with our GC partner, La Gala Construction; not yet built.

What do the current documents tell us—and what remains unverified?
What should the property do for its owner, users and surrounding context?
Which decisions, professionals and approvals define the next phase?
A site is studied as a picture before it is studied as a budget: how buildings sit to the water, to the street and to each other, and what the land can reasonably hold. A study of this kind is a question put in a form people can argue with, not a proposal.
Concept studies on this site are illustrative. They are not proposed designs, not approved plans, and not a depiction of any property Collaborative Concept owns, controls or has under contract.
