The project
A volunteer board faces inspection deadlines, competing contractor bids and a reserve study nobody has time to read. We built three advisory products that turn each into a packet the board can vote on.
What we built
- A milestone-inspection and structural integrity reserve study (SIRS) packet: a gap checklist, an inspection scope the board can send out for bids, and a board memo
- Bid leveling: an apples-to-apples matrix of competing proposals and a plain-English recommendation
- A reserve-study summary that turns the report into a board action plan
