SoFlo Permit Leads

An internal dashboard that turns public building-permit records into re-roof and restoration leads.

The project

Building permits are public record, and they show who is about to need a contractor. We built a dashboard that gathers those records across South Florida and sorts them into leads a sales team can work.

What we built

Permit connectors for Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Martin county and city sources
Connectors for county map services, Accela and city EnerGov portals
A code-violations feed
Re-roof lead filtering with CSV export
An address matcher
An offline, fully mocked test suite for the connector layer
