Use an index before a folder grows.

Create a document index with the item name, source, version and review status. This makes missing inputs visible while the packet is being assembled. A folder full of files can otherwise look complete when an important document is still outstanding.

Check the project-specific requirements.

Requirements depend on the project and reviewing authority. Have the responsible professional confirm the current checklist and required signatures for the actual scope. A reused packet should be treated as a starting structure, not a guarantee that the contents apply.

Track comments through resolution.

Give each review comment an owner and link the response to the revised document. Keep superseded versions clearly separated. Before resubmission, check that the response list and the revised packet tell the same story.
